Our mission: Birth Boot Camp is committed to training couples in natural birth and breastfeeding through accessible, contemporary education. Birth Boot Camp is for couples, moms AND dads. You’ll learn to work together to bring your baby into this world as a team.
My classes are aimed at ANY pregnant couple no matter where you choose to give birth. Childbirth classes are a great experience and a great way to learn about what to expect with a normal physiological birth, without relying on Hollywood Media or your best friend’s horror story about what happens when you give birth. Our classes really help prepare the partner so that they don’t feel like their hands are tied and that there is no place for them while their partner gives birth. Education is key with anything in life and birth is no different.
Sure you could take a boring Class at the hospital…but that wouldn’t be nearly as fun, memorable, and informative as 10 weeks with me!
So YES! Even if you’re having your baby at the hospital you can take Birth Boot Camp Classes!
